Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of relevant experience in food service or hospitality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift and carry trays and multiple dining items
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience as an In-Room Dining Server or similar role in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide detailed menu recommendations
- Proven attention to detail ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role including lifting and standing
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers
- Consistently maintains a polished and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Serve restaurant-quality meals directly to guest rooms from NoMI Kitchen menu
- Set up elegant meal presentations ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Provide attentive, discreet, and personalized service to guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with brand standards
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while performing duties
