This role involves serving as a Room Service Order Taker at The Ritz-Carlton, where the successful candidate will be entrusted with upholding the brand's renowned "Gold Standards." The primary responsibility is to efficiently take and process room service orders over the phone, answer guest inquiries about menu selections including detailed explanations of wine origins, vintages, and styles, and ensure all special dietary needs and preferences are communicated to the kitchen. Accuracy and professionalism are paramount, as is the capacity to handle payment transactions through the MICROS system and complete all closing reports. Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols forms a key part of daily duties.

Additionally, this position requires excellent interpersonal skills to welcome and engage guests following prescribed company standards, anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly, and foster positive interactions.
