Job Requirements

Minimum two years experience in a similar luxury hotel position
Excellent telephone communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, overnights, and holidays
Proficiency in English
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

A minimum of two years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel property
Excellent telephone skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic operation
Strong multitasking skills
Proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English
Experience with guest service in a hospitality environment

Job Duties

Taking accurate food and beverage orders over the phone from hotel guests and entering them into the computer
Demonstrating pleasant and professional telephone etiquette when taking orders and quoting accurate timing for delivery
Arranging amenity assignments and deliveries
Updating guest preferences
Performing side work duties including folding napkins, clearing tables and trays, and organizing paperwork
Assisting In-Room Dining Servers in daily operations
Providing excellent service to all guests
