Job Requirements

  • Previous in-house timeshare sales experience required
  • Ability to work on weekends and most major holidays
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Knowledge of sales techniques including rapport building, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Build rapport with guests in face-to-face sales interactions
  • Provide qualified leads to support the sales process
  • Conduct resort and amenities tours for potential buyers
  • Present and sell timeshare ownership opportunities
  • Utilize sales techniques such as needs and values selling, negotiation, and closing
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process
