- Previous in-house timeshare sales experience required
- Ability to work on weekends and most major holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of sales techniques including rapport building, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing
- Problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Build rapport with guests in face-to-face sales interactions
- Provide qualified leads to support the sales process
- Conduct resort and amenities tours for potential buyers
- Present and sell timeshare ownership opportunities
- Utilize sales techniques such as needs and values selling, negotiation, and closing
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude throughout the sales process
