Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successful completion of criminal background check
- valid us driver’s license
- access to safe, reliable transportation
- current auto insurance
- ability to pass drug screening
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethics
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- certification such as CNA or PSS preferred but not required
- valid driver’s license
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to build trust with clients
- compassionate and patient nature
- ability to follow care plans and instructions
Job Duties
- helping older adults thrive from the comfort of their homes
- building genuine, lasting relationships with clients
- engaging in household activities and duties
- assisting with personal care such as toileting and bathing
- providing companionship and emotional support
- monitoring clients’ well-being and reporting concerns
- maintaining a safe and clean home environment
