We are currently seeking dedicated, trustworthy, and compassionate individuals to join our Home Instead family as In-Home Caregivers. This part-time role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of older adults by supporting their home care needs, promoting their independence, and strengthening their sense of value and purpose. As a caregiver at Home Instead, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and engage in activities that support their overall well-being from the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and toileting, helping with household activities and duties, and providing companionship to enhance clients' emotional and social health. We understand the importance of flexibility in caregiving and offer a variety of shifts including day, evening, morning, night, and overnight to accommodate different lifestyles and availability. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour, with experienced caregivers earning between $20 and $24 per hour. We also offer weekend shift differentials, an on-demand pay option through Tapcheck, and various incentives including a caregiver referral bonus program.
