Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in import export operations
  • Experience in logistics preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry
  • Flexibility with schedule including weekend availability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable commute or plans to relocate to Miami FL 33132
  • Must have a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as import clerk export clerk customs clerk or related positions
  • Customs data entry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
  • Experience and interest in transportation international trade and luxury business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and carry
  • Flexibility with schedule
  • Must have weekend availability when needed
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork
  • High degree of attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Manage import and export transactions including all related activities for an assigned base of accounts
  • Expedite transaction and entry processing to meet customers' expectations
  • Produce and complete additional documentation and assist import customers in completing regulatory documentation
  • Prepare export documents, with familiarity of AS400 and Questaweb systems as a plus
  • Assist in new account development by reviewing documentation, maintaining client communications, and updating profiles and databases
  • Investigate and report any problems or irregularities to the supervisor
  • Continuously improve understanding of established systems and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
