Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required preferably in Supply Chain or equivalent work experience

Job Duties

  • Assess financial implications of tariff changes on business operations
  • coordinate with Government Affairs to monitor regulatory developments and business continuity planning
  • collaborate with inbound logistics to evaluate tariff exposure on in-transit shipments
  • develop tariff cost forecasts in partnership with Finance
  • identify and evaluate alternative manufacturing sources to mitigate tariff impact on key SKUs
  • coordinate timely submission of ISF documentation and SKU data
  • support classification processes for new SKUs
  • track and report ISF filing performance
  • oversee daily audit reporting of customs entries
  • generate and submit weekly invoicing reports to Finance
  • prepare and distribute monthly freight cost summaries
  • manage air freight exception reporting
  • lead annual customs reconciliation filing process
  • administer purchase orders for freight services and manage P-Card transactions for customs brokerage
  • ensure accurate EEI reporting for cross-border shipments
  • manage relationships with customs brokers and freight forwarders
  • support internal post-entry and valuation audits
  • implement corrective actions from audit findings
  • collaborate with Trade Compliance to validate HTS classifications
  • maintain and update U.S. Customs Compliance Manual
  • secure signed foreign vendor compliance letters
  • support import compliance training initiatives
  • contribute to freight forwarding and customs brokerage tender projects
  • participate in broader supply chain initiatives
  • prepare internal reports on international imports
  • report KPIs for supply chain operations
  • prepare reports for performance and business reviews
  • analyze tariff financial impacts
  • prepare reports from ACE Portal Customs Border Protection.
