Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in air and ocean import/export operations
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs clearance procedures
- Proficient with CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in air and ocean import/export operations within a freight forwarding environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs clearance procedures, Incoterms, and export compliance
- Proficient with CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for working with customers, carriers, and overseas partners
Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage air and ocean import/export shipments from booking through delivery
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including HBL/MBL, commercial invoices, packing lists, and AES filings
- Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, truckers, and customs brokers to ensure timely cargo movement
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
- Ensure all shipments comply with U.S. Customs, TSA, and other regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate updates to customers and maintain strong client relationships
- Enter and maintain shipment data in CargoWise or similar TMS system
