Job Requirements
- Three years of related experience and/or training
- Advanced education is a plus
- AS-1 IAC Security Training certification full charge
- IATA Dangerous Goods certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and volumes
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret various written and oral instructions
Job Qualifications

- Problem-solving skills in varied and non-standard situations
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
Job Duties
- Manage air shipments from A to Z
- Open files in Ceva TMS as required
- Respond to inquiries by email or telephone
- Provide high levels of customer service to local customers and overseas offices
- Review commercial documents to ensure conformity to customs regulations
- Send arrival notices to internal and external brokers for clearance
- Follow up with brokers until cargo is fully released
- Track shipments and update references, milestones, events, and documents in TMS
- Notify customers and offices of major milestones and delays
- Request and provide proof of deliveries (PODs) to involved parties
- Examine documents like invoices and bills of lading for accuracy
- Handle all financial aspects of shipments including vendor payments and invoice approvals
- Convert foreign currency into domestic equivalents
- Correspond with foreign companies
- Prepare quotations for network or customers
- Create and update standard operating procedures
- Report serious difficulties to leadership and drive solutions
- Work weekends or night hours as needed
- Support ocean team if required
