Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant logistics experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • problem-solving skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge of logistics software such as CargoWise One preferred
  • willingness to work in-office Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with overtime as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years industry experience as a logistics coordinator or import/export specialist
  • ability to be patient and understanding, especially in the midst of challenging situations
  • comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • calm and collected and able to communicate effectively in an ever-changing environment
  • ability to effectively problem solve
  • ability to reprioritize workload based on ever changing demands from internal and external clients
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • increased level of proficiency is expected in related tasks as it pertains to the job
  • current and hands-on experience with CargoWise One (CW1) is preferred
  • certified in CargoWise is ideal

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by means of excellent quality performance
  • timely communication with stakeholders via email and phone
  • timely acknowledgement of customer complaints and issues resolution with periodic updates as needed
  • keep records of customer contact, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • ensure documentation is complete, professional, and accurate
  • follow standard operating procedures and directives as outlined by leadership and company guidelines
  • communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • train and mentor other employees within the department on an as-needed basis
  • adhere to company key performance indicators
