Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in processing customs entries in ACE
- Familiarity with PGA process for medical device food items etc
- Knowledge of FTZ inbond process is desired
- Experience in handling air ocean import arrangement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of customs entry process requirements and workflow
- Customer-oriented with a proactive and adaptive mindset
- Ability to adhere to client-specific standard operating procedures
- Mandatory experience with CargoWise software
Job Qualifications

- Experience with CargoWise software is required
Job Duties
- Clear goods through customs working with agencies such as FDA EPA LACEY USDA etc
- Classify goods according to the tariff coding system
- Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with customs regulations laws and procedures
- Bill customers
- Monitor or trace the location of goods
- Assist clients in obtaining bonds and other necessary documentation
- Arrange for transportation or warehousing of imported products
