As an Independent Living Dining Server at Wichita Presbyterian Manor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for residents. This position is designed to support all dining service functions with commitment to high standards and attention to detail. You will work closely with the team to ensure that residents receive excellent service tailored to their individual needs, including accommodating regular and texture-modified diets. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to assist with various dining functions
Experience or willingness to learn about regular and texture modified diets
Good communication skills
Availability to work shifts including weekends
Commitment to resident-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training
Demonstrated empathy and patience when working with seniors
Ability to follow established policies and procedures

Job Duties

Provide assistance in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
Ensure each resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with every meal
Support residents with regular and texture modified diets as needed
Uphold the value that the resident comes first in all aspects of work
Treat the community as the residents' home and model person-centered care
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a friendly and caring work environment
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
