Job Requirements

- Experience or willingness to learn about regular and texture modified diets
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Provide assistance in all dining services functions according to established policies and procedures
- Ensure each resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with every meal
- Support residents with regular and texture modified diets as needed
- Uphold the value that the resident comes first in all aspects of work
- Treat the community as the residents' home and model person-centered care
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a friendly and caring work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas
