Job Requirements
- Show up to work on time
- be well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work
- possess a positive attitude and genuine care for guests
- physically capable of pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
- able to handle guest complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- ability to work well with others
- self-motivated and reliable
- strong work ethic
- physically able to lift 5-15 pounds
- able to stand for up to 8 hours
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Job Duties
- Expediting all orders
- comply to standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
- handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
- stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
- perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables
