Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or dining preferred
- must be physically able to stand for long periods
- able to lift moderate weight between 5-15 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance
- willing to comply with IHOP's service and cash handling standards

Job Duties
- Expediting all orders
- comply to standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
- handle guest complaints always looking to resolve problems quickly
- stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
- perform cleaning duties such as helping to clear and set tables
