Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an advantage
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
punctuality
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Good communication skills
ability to lift 5-15 pounds
ability to stand for up to 8 hours
ability to occasionally push, pull, stretch and use bilateral fingers and wrists continuously

Job Duties

Expediting all orders
comply to standards in regards to guest checks and cash control
handle guest complaints, always looking to resolve problems quickly
stock and rotate all needed supplies in the service and dining areas
perform cleaning duties, such as helping to clear and set tables
