IHOP Server/Waiter/Waitress

IHOP is currently seeking a Server/Waiter/Waitress to provide top-notch service, demonstrate excellent menu knowledge, and offer the highest level of hospitality to guests. As the face of the IHOP brand, individuals with a warm smile and genuine care for guest satisfaction will thrive in this role. Other duties include expediting orders, maintaining guest check and cash control standards, handling guest complaints efficiently, stocking supplies, and performing cleaning tasks in service and dining areas. The ideal candidate is punctual, well-presented, team-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. Good communication skills, ability to lift 5-15 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, and perform various physical tasks are required for this position. This job description is not exhaustive.
