Job Requirements
- Physically capable of standing for long hours
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Must be willing to cover shifts when needed
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to memorize menu items and service protocols
- Basic math skills for handling guest checks and cash
- Strong multitasking ability and physical stamina
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and timely
