In the role of Host/Hostess, you will be the first face our guests see upon entering, making your role critical in shaping their initial impression of our restaurant. This position requires a friendly, energetic individual who excels at providing prompt, courteous greetings and ensures guests feel genuinely welcome. You will be responsible for managing reservations and the waitlist, answering phones with professionalism, and assisting guests with any special requirements, such as providing highchairs or accommodating disabilities. Supporting the serving staff by assisting with tasks such as delivering food and beverages to tables, cleaning, and helping with to-go orders will also be part of your daily duties. The ideal Host/Hostess positively influences the dining experience from start to finish while maintaining a neat appearance, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of the front-of-house operations. Job Duties

  • Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
  • Accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
  • Answering the phone
  • Managing an online wait list
  • Taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
  • Providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables, etc.
