Job Requirements

Show up to work on time

Job Qualifications

Basic computer skills for managing wait lists and orders
Ability to multitask efficiently
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Greeting guests cheerfully and courteously
Opening doors for guests arriving and departing
Accommodating special needs such as boosters, highchairs, or disabilities
Answering the phone promptly
Managing an online wait list efficiently
Taking, entering, and packaging to-go orders
Delivering to-go orders to vehicles as needed
Assisting servers by serving food and drinks
Cleaning tables as required
