Job Requirements

Show up to work on time
Maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance with proper uniform
Possess good communication skills
Ability to lift 5-15 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Capable of performing repetitive motions including pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
Willingness to accommodate guest needs including those with disabilities

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with point of sale systems and online wait lists advantageous
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in food service

Job Duties

Greeting guests promptly and cheerfully
Opening doors for arriving and departing guests
Accommodating special guest needs including boosters and highchairs
Answering phone calls courteously
Managing an online wait list efficiently
Taking, entering, and packaging to-go orders
Providing guest assistance to servers such as serving food and drinks and cleaning tables
