We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. This vital role involves cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs to uphold our strict sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of keeping the dish area tidy, maintaining organized food storage areas, and assisting with various cleaning projects throughout the restaurant. In addition to these responsibilities, the Dishwasher/Busser will contribute to maintaining a sanitary and safe environment by mopping and sweeping floors, removing trash, and caring for cleaning equipment. The position may also include unloading delivery truck supplies, stocking and rotating supplies in service areas and dining rooms, and assembling take-out orders and delivering food to guests when necessary.

This role is physically demanding and labor-intensive, requiring the ability to stand for up to eight hours per shift and lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Full mobility of hands and arms and the ability to perform repetitive tasks are essential. We highly value punctuality, a professional appearance with a clean uniform, and the ability to work well with others. Self-motivation, organization skills, and exceptional attention to detail are critical traits for success in this position.
