Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Clear tables after guests leave and wash dishes while following dishwashing machine and sink procedures
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and other employees
- Check the restrooms to ensure proper stocking levels of supplies and the cleanliness of the facilities
- Mop floors as necessary and dispose of all trash properly
- Making sure the parking lot is clear of debris, setting the tone for the guest experience
- Stock and rotate supplies in the service areas and dining room
