We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team. This role is essential in upholding the cleanliness and organization of both the kitchen and dining areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dishware, utensils, floors, tables, and chairs. An organized individual will excel in this position by keeping a tidy dish area, maintaining organized food storage areas, and assisting with cleaning projects throughout the restaurant. Additionally, the Dishwasher/Busser plays a vital role in ensuring that our customer's needs are met promptly and efficiently. Other responsibilities include maintaining a sanitary and safe restaurant environment by mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, and performing equipment care. The role also involves unloading delivery trucks, stocking and rotating supplies in service areas and dining rooms, assembling take-out orders, and delivering food to guests when necessary.

This role is a physically demanding position requiring standing for long periods—up to eight hours per shift—and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Full mobility of hands and arms is necessary to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely. Our ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others. A clean uniform and professional appearance are essential as part of maintaining the restaurant's standards.
