Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Able to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Ensure that every meal that leaves our kitchen lives up to our standards of quality
  • Grill, fry, and prepare all food, including proteins, vegetables, and soups, as ordered
  • Carefully follow recipes, as well as assemble and plate food in an appealing manner, according to our established guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff while working in an organized, coordinated, and efficient manner
  • Present yourself in a professional manner, including following all uniform guidelines
  • Maintain the cleanliness of food prep areas at all times and follow food sanitation standards to the letter
