Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Able to work well under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure that every meal that leaves our kitchen lives up to our standards of quality
- Grill, fry, and prepare all food, including proteins, vegetables, and soups, as ordered
- Carefully follow recipes, as well as assemble and plate food in an appealing manner, according to our established guidelines
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff while working in an organized, coordinated, and efficient manner
- Present yourself in a professional manner, including following all uniform guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness of food prep areas at all times and follow food sanitation standards to the letter
