- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for up to eight hours per shift
- capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- full mobility of hands and arms for food preparation tasks

Job Duties
- prepare food according to IHOP recipes and specifications
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- set up cooking equipment and verify stock levels
- operate cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, and stoves
- read and follow food tickets or verbal instructions
- work efficiently within outlined ticket times
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
