Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to IHOP recipes and standards
  • Set up and operate large volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, and stoves
  • Read and follow food tickets or verbal instructions to complete orders within ticket times
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Verify stock levels and organize ingredients and supplies
  • Handle knives and other food preparation tools safely
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
