- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- ability to read and prepare all food recipes to IHOP specifications
- ability to prepare food within outlined ticket times
- ability to read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
- capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment
- experience operating large volume cooking equipment preferred
- strong work ethic

Job Duties
- prepare food to IHOP specifications
- read and follow food tickets or receive verbal instructions
- operate large volume cooking equipment including flat tops, deep fryers, stoves and dishwashers
- set up and maintain clean and sanitary work area
- verify stock and supplies
- work efficiently within outlined ticket times
- assist team members as needed
