Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced food and beverage or hospitality environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Qualifications
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, desserts and sharing knowledge with others
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced food and beverage or hospitality environments
- Experience in desserts or pastries is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to support new team members through clear instruction, patience, and encouragement
- Passionate about learning and development with a drive to grow personally and help others grow within their roles
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in modeling company standards and daily operations
- A team-first mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
- Able to give and receive feedback constructively, always focused on improvement and support
- Strong attention to detail when following and teaching operational procedures, food safety guidelines, and service standards
Job Duties
- Craft Instagram-worthy desserts that reflect the Hampton Chocolate Factory brand and exceed guest expectations
- Partner with leadership and team members to consistently deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience on every shift
- Support daily operations by staying organized, following routines, and keeping service areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Maintain a positive, energetic presence and help set the tone during busy or high-pressure shifts
- Model and reinforce daily habits that support a smooth, efficient, and high-performing work environment
- Communicate guest feedback or operational insights to leadership to help drive improvements
- Stay engaged during new product rollouts and assist with team training to ensure consistent execution
