Our Ice Cream associates (16 & up) are the first face our customers see when they step up to our serving windows. We are a customer-focused ice cream shop committed to delivering delicious, high-quality ice cream treats and a positive experience to every guest. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- availability to work part-time shifts
- ability to stand for long periods
- reliable and punctual
- willing to work evenings and weekends
- able to follow cleaning and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to work as part of a team
- prior experience in customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
