Job Duties
- Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
- arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- wear proper uniform at all times in work areas
- assemble and dismantle work station in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness of station during shift
- prepare all garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to proper procedure recipe
- bus tables when needed and assist with efficient operation of dining room by tending to guests' needs
- maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock service bar with necessary items
- maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation
- assist in washing and restocking glassware
- replace beer kegs with the ability to lift minimum 50 lbs
- maintain records of spills and PR comps
- empty all service bar trash
- clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- report equipment issues to supervisor immediately
- communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- follow management's instructions and suggestions
- read and understand tickets including menu items and modifications
- sweep and mop bar floors
