  • maintain current Food Handler's Certification and practice proper sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner
  • arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
  • wear proper uniform at all times in work areas
  • assemble and dismantle work station in a timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness of station during shift
  • prepare all garnishes, mixers, syrups, etc. according to proper procedure recipe
  • bus tables when needed and assist with efficient operation of dining room by tending to guests' needs
  • maintain beverage inventory at proper serving temperatures and restock service bar with necessary items
  • maintain adequate levels of ice for drink preparation
  • assist in washing and restocking glassware
  • replace beer kegs with the ability to lift minimum 50 lbs
  • maintain records of spills and PR comps
  • empty all service bar trash
  • clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
  • report equipment issues to supervisor immediately
  • communicate and work together with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • follow management's instructions and suggestions
  • read and understand tickets including menu items and modifications
  • sweep and mop bar floors
