Job Requirements
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift 20-50 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old to apply
- Authorized to work in the United States and provide identification documentation
- Internal candidates must be employees in good standing
- Availability for evenings and weekends strongly preferred
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or customer service for external candidates
- Minimum of 3 months experience with Ian's Pizza and completed general staff training for internal candidates
- Cross-training or solid understanding of all restaurant departments preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as ovens and pizza cutters
- Strong leadership and communication skills
