Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
  • manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and courteously
  • process reservations and update guest information in hotel management software
  • coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • manage financial transactions including billing and payments
  • resolve guest complaints and problems proactively to ensure positive outcomes
