Job Duties
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections reports and productivity checks
- Lead and inspire room attendants and house attendants with clear communication hands-on training and motivation
- Handle lost-and-found items maintain key control and manage access to sensitive areas ensuring safety
- Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures related to housekeeping operations
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Step in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed to maintain departmental continuity
