Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Four-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience or two-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state

  • Manage budgets and financial reporting
  • Utilize technology and reporting tools to improve operations
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly
  • Lead, coach, and inspire hotel staff
