Known for its guest-focused approach, this hotel offers spacious rooms with separate work areas and Cozy Corner sleeper sofas, providing exceptional comfort and convenience. The property features The Placery, a venue providing curated food and beverage options, and 900 square feet of flexible meeting space suited for small corporate events and social gatherings. Hyatt Place Phoenix-North is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where team members thrive on delivering warm, efficient service to ensure every guest experience is memorable.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our hotel, playing a fundamental part in creating the perfect atmosphere for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will take pride in transforming guest rooms into spotless retreats and maintaining the hotel’s public areas in pristine condition. Each day brings the opportunity to deep clean, replenish supplies, and contribute to a welcoming environment that guests love to return to.
The Housekeeper position is ideal for those who enjoy making spaces shine and have a keen eye for detail. Your responsibilities will range from making beds with crisp linens, shining hallways and lobbies, to restocking supplies and even taking on maintenance-related tasks such as swapping AC filters and painting. You will ensure that every room and every corner of the hotel is flawless and inviting.
Beyond the physical tasks, this role invites you to be a friendly and approachable presence for guests. Your smile, helpfulness, and eagerness to assist will enhance guest satisfaction and embody the hospitality values of Hyatt Place Phoenix-North. Safety is also paramount in this role. You will carefully monitor sensitive areas and practice safe work habits, protecting both guests and property.
