  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic arithmetic skills

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor at all times
  • Effectively convey information and ideas and address guest inquiries and issues promptly
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately to resolve guest concerns
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently including handling reservations check-ins and check-outs
  • Work with and understand financial information performing basic arithmetic functions as needed
  • Maintain front desk operations ensuring all processes run smoothly
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and courteously
