This role is an overtime eligible manager (OEM) position, meaning that while it requires dedication and flexibility, overtime work is compensated in accordance with company policies. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be the pivotal figure ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly, from greeting guests warmly to resolving issues efficiently. You will lead, motivate, and coach your team to maintain high standards of service and operational procedures, fostering a positive work environment and high morale.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining room occupancy and revenue targets, managing communication within your team, and applying strategic pricing to maximize revenue. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to perform under pressure, and a passion for hospitality that translates into memorable guest experiences. Working at Hyatt House Dallas/Lincoln Park, the property you will be associated with, provides a vibrant setting with its ideal location near Downtown Dallas and several corporate offices. The hotel offers guests suite-style accommodations with modern amenities, complimentary shuttle service, and inviting on-site dining options, which further enhances the guest experience you help deliver.

This role requires a balance of leadership, operational knowledge, and guest relations expertise. Candidates will find that Aimbridge Hospitality supports professional growth and rewards performance with a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan, among others. Additionally, employees have access to daily pay options and employee assistance programs, supporting both financial and personal well-being.
