Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or related field
- Ability to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week
- Must customarily and regularly direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates
- Strong administrative, executive, or professional skills
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven leadership experience in hotel management
- Strong understanding of revenue management and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Experience supervising multiple departments
- Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and hospitality industry trends
Job Duties
- Supervise operating departments in the absence of General Manager or Manager on Duty
- Assist the General Manager in achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Oversee development and training of associates
- Direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents
- Perform administrative, executive, and professional tasks using discretion and independent judgement
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient hotel functioning
