Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience working in upscale food service environments
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service preferred
  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Must meet minimum age and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and meet responsible alcohol service standards
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond to requests promptly
  • Assist servers with presenting menus and answering questions
  • Prepare food baskets with condiments and sides ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels and cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
  • Relay kitchen timing and order status to servers and management
  • Complete daily and weekly checklists and perform additional assigned tasks
