Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience working in upscale food service environments
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service preferred
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and meet responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and remain active for extended periods
Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond to requests promptly
- Assist servers with presenting menus and answering questions
- Prepare food baskets with condiments and sides ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Deliver food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Monitor and maintain stock levels and cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
- Relay kitchen timing and order status to servers and management
- Complete daily and weekly checklists and perform additional assigned tasks
