In this role, the Warehouse Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting field operations by ensuring that all materials, tools, machinery, and uniforms are available, properly maintained, and efficiently distributed. Job Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC and/or refrigeration concepts
  • Forklift operating experience/certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
  • Maintain housekeeping of warehouse
  • Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met, take responsibility for security of building and stock, run shifts with safety and efficiency as priorities
  • Ensure quality, delivery, budget and environmental objectives are met
  • Respond to field communication, locate vendors, and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sale
  • Administer online purchasing systems
  • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders
  • Maintain records of goods ordered and received, log rentals and follow up with foreman
  • Manage stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods
  • Issue inventory, in/out status, dead stock, goods age, and consumption reports
  • Return materials not required or incorrectly delivered
  • Maintain tool inventory and control, including transfers, cleanup, maintenance, and repair
  • Update and maintain inventory tool list, delivery of tools to jobsite
  • Perform other duties as assigned
