The Project Leader position at Johnson Controls is a vital role responsible for independently managing on-site projects that involve hardware design, system programming, installation oversight, commissioning, and project closeout with assigned customers. The role involves coordinating diverse teams including subcontractors, technicians, electricians, and designers to successfully execute system installations that span access control, fire safety, video surveillance, and HVAC control systems. With a focus on proactive change order management and effective communication, the Project Leader plays a critical role in expanding project scope and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Johnson Controls offers competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $105,000 based on experience, education, and location.
