Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in recruitment or accounting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage recruitment and selection processes
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Attend job fairs to attract candidates
- Assist applicants with new hire paperwork
- Serve as a brand ambassador
- Track accounts payable processing
- Review and approve weekly payment registers
- Collect and review vendor statements
- Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and daily revenue reconciliations
- Review and distribute daily revenue and labor reports
- Manage candidate activity in applicant tracking system
- Administer assessments and reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation
- Develop advertising initiatives
- Manage third party recruitment vendors
- Assist with colleague engagement and retention initiatives
- Perform other assigned projects and duties
