Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment or accounting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Hire and onboard new employees
  • Attend job fairs to attract candidates
  • Assist applicants with new hire paperwork
  • Serve as a brand ambassador
  • Track accounts payable processing
  • Review and approve weekly payment registers
  • Collect and review vendor statements
  • Assist with month-end close and general ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements and daily revenue reconciliations
  • Review and distribute daily revenue and labor reports
  • Manage candidate activity in applicant tracking system
  • Administer assessments and reference checks
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation
  • Develop advertising initiatives
  • Manage third party recruitment vendors
  • Assist with colleague engagement and retention initiatives
  • Perform other assigned projects and duties
