Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent hospitality experience
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of payroll benefits administration and employment law
- Excellent time management organizational and follow-up skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster a culture of collaboration accountability and respect
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in payroll systems such as ADP Paychex Workday or similar
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- Creative mindset for developing employee engagement and hotel-based activities

Job Duties
- Manage and process bi-weekly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Oversee and maintain employee time management systems including attendance tracking scheduling and leave requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records documentation and personnel files in accordance with company and legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and hotel HR standards
- Serve as the primary HR leader for the property overseeing all day-to-day human resources functions and providing strategic support to hotel leadership
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance leave of absence workers compensation and 401(k) ensuring accuracy confidentiality and effective communication with team members
- Lead recruitment onboarding and training efforts to attract hire and retain top talent aligned with the hotels service culture and brand standards
- Promote and sustain a positive workplace culture driving employee engagement morale and recognition programs that align with the hotels mission and values
- Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives that foster a respectful and collaborative work environment
- Manage conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality supporting fair and consistent application of company policies
- Lead internal communications related to HR policies employee events and training initiatives
- Lead initiatives that improve employee morale retention and organizational culture
- Act as a cultural ambassador building strong trusting relationships across all levels of the organization
