Job Requirements

  • Human Resources and/or Psychology degree or equivalent preferred
  • project planning, prioritization, data analysis, and computer skills
  • minimum of 5 years experience
  • ability to read and write in English

  • attention to detail and accuracy
  • knowledge of computers and industry-specific programs such as Toast and Open Table

Job Qualifications

  • Human Resources and/or Psychology degree or equivalent preferred
  • minimum of 5 years experience in human resources or related field

  • familiarity with internet programs such as Google
  • understanding of restaurant operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of employee benefits meetings
  • assist in benefits enrollment and changes for new and current employees
  • address general employee questions
  • manage billing audits for UMR, Norton Life Lock, SunLife
  • plan and coordinate monthly newly eligible tracking and enrollment
  • maintain job postings on ADP, Indeed, and other platforms
  • communicate with hiring managers regularly to meet restaurant hiring needs
  • coordinate with local schools for externships and attend job fairs
  • assist with new hire onboarding and orientation ensuring i-9 compliance
  • conduct, properly document, and conclude investigations for employee incidents
  • ensure proper documentation and policy adherence according to BRG's handbook
  • assist with enforcing and training employees on HR processes
  • prepare and distribute monthly newsletter and training flyers
  • plan and coordinate training sessions
  • build and update job descriptions
  • address routine employee requests and questions
  • conduct audits of processes and record keeping
  • assist with W-2 requests
  • assist with data updates in ADP
  • assist with planning employee events
  • maintain employee files in ADP
