Job Description

SeAH Superalloy Technologies is an advanced manufacturing company currently establishing a world-class manufacturing facility in Temple, Texas. This facility focuses on producing aerospace-grade nickel-based superalloys tailored for investment casting and additive manufacturing. As a critical extension of the SeAH Group's $150 million U.S. greenfield investment, the company is dedicated to shaping the future of advanced manufacturing through innovation, excellence, and forging strategic partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and local communities. Known for its commitment to quality and technological advancement, SeAH Superalloy Technologies stands at the forefront of the aerospace materials sector, driving growth and sustainability in Texas and beyond.

The HR Generalist position, reporting directly to the HR Manager and based on-site in Temple, TX, plays a vital role in supporting the company's human resources operations as the plant moves from startup to stable-state production. The role is designed for a professional who is adept at managing a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, maintaining HRIS records, benefits administration, employee relations, and office coordination. This full-time, on-site position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment activities, from posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews to overseeing background checks and new hire documentation. Ensuring compliance and confidentiality in personnel records and HR information systems is a key focus, alongside supporting compensation, attendance, leave tracking, and disciplinary processes. This position also involves significant employee support, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting with benefits enrollment and payroll processes, and coordinating offboarding procedures.

Additionally, the role encompasses the coordination of office logistics such as maintaining seating charts, managing workspace setups, handling badge access, and supporting office supply organization to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. The HR Generalist also supports HR projects and reporting activities, including assisting with engagement events, tracking performance reviews and training completion, and preparing routine HR metrics like headcount and turnover rates.

Candidates for this role should possess at least two years of progressive HR experience and hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Candidates must have a working knowledge of essential HR functions such as recruiting, HRIS management, benefits administration, and payroll updates, with familiarity in U.S. and Texas employment laws. Strong communication skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with payroll platforms like Paychex, involvement in HRIS or ATS implementations, and certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are also an advantage.

The physical demands involve typical office work with the need to sit or stand for extended periods, engage in typing and writing, and occasionally lift light items. The candidate must be comfortable working in a standard office environment with moderate noise and interruptions and must be able to manage sensitive employee information confidentially. Overall, SeAH Superalloy Technologies offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a pioneering aerospace manufacturing firm while advancing a career in human resources within a collaborative and growth-focused workplace environment.
