PS is a distinguished luxury hospitality company specializing in creating and operating exclusive private terminals for commercial flights. Currently, PS manages premier private terminals at Los Angeles International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required preferably in HR, business or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role with strong Employee Relations knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
  • Prior HR experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries with pre-opening or grand opening experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively coach, develop, and lead people
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality results in a changing environment
  • Ability to influence and interact with all levels of management and associates while maintaining collaborative partnerships
  • Ability to evaluate, analyze, and resolve complex problems
  • SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential preferred

Job Duties

  • Consult with the Managing Director DFW, Directors, and Managers onsite providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Managers and Directors of Operations, Hospitality, and F&B including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
  • Work closely with Managers and Associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide consultation and support to Managers on Employee relations issues and applicable company policies
  • Manage and resolve complex Employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of the workforce, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Provide information about benefits, training, and other Human Resources programs
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce management
  • Identify training needs for business and individual coaching needs
  • Collaborate and partner with the HR Team and cross-functional teams to ensure onsite needs are met and assist in the development of strategic programs
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that PS attracts high-quality diverse team members and managers who will contribute to PS's long-term success
