Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year reception and clerical experience
  • human resources healthcare setting preferred
  • reception and clerical skills
  • demonstrated proper telephone etiquette and positive interpersonal skills
  • strong customer service skills and effective communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple projects and duties
  • keyboarding, data entry, and alpha/numeric filing skills
  • ability to use standard office equipment including multi-line telephone, computer, photocopier, and fax machine
  • solid computer skills with ability to learn new software programs
  • knowledgeable in Microsoft Office a plus
  • must maintain confidentiality of information
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Greet employees and visitors and refer to resources as necessary
  • respond to incoming telephone calls within five rings and assist caller or transfer call to appropriate individual
  • respond appropriately to requests for information from applicants, employees, and community members
  • assist with correspondence as assigned
  • perform various duties to support the Talent Acquisition Team and applicants
  • maintain confidentiality of information
  • manage front desk reception duties efficiently
