Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • South Carolina ServSafe Alcohol Certification or ability to obtain upon hire required

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise the outlets team
  • conduct daily lineups before each shift
  • communicate all necessary information to front and back of house staff
  • ensure cleanliness and physical atmosphere of the restaurant including inspecting tabletops and side stations
  • input daily reports and logbook entries
  • enforce high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • ensure security of financial transactions
  • supervise performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of team
  • work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
