Situated on the scenic shores of Isle of Palms, this resort combines the tranquility of beachfront living with the excitement of resort-style activities such as beach access, tennis, and pickleball. The resort prides itself on its commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences through dedicated service, beautiful surroundings, and locally inspired dining options. With a strong emphasis on inclusivity, empathy, and integrity, Wild Dunes Resort fosters a welcoming and supportive environment for both its guests and its employees.
Among the notable dining venues at Wild Dunes Resort are Hudson's Market & Café and The Sweet Shoppe. Hudson's Market & Café offers a unique blend of convenience and coastal charm, providing fresh-made sandwiches, salads, coffee drinks, snacks, grocery essentials, and locally inspired treats. This venue serves as an ideal grab-and-go spot for guests seeking breakfast, lunch, or provisions for a day at the beach. It also features a selection of Lowcountry gifts and keepsakes, allowing guests to take a piece of Isle of Palms home with them. The Sweet Shoppe complements this by providing a nostalgic and family-friendly dessert destination, featuring ice cream, candy, gelato, sundaes, and milkshakes that bring joy to guests of all ages.
The Food and Beverage Supervisor position at these two outlets is a pivotal role within the resort's hospitality team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and supervising the team, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional food and beverage service. The Food and Beverage Supervisor acts as a key leader who conducts daily briefings, communicates effectively with both front and back of house staff, and maintains a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The role includes managing hygiene standards, security of financial transactions, and upholding the resort's values of empathy, respect, and inclusion.
Ideal candidates for this role will be flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating positive guest experiences. Employment at Wild Dunes Resort offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits for full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and training. Wild Dunes Resort values diversity and ensures equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
