The position demands physical stamina as you will be required to stand for long periods, handle baking materials, and occasionally lift or move products up to 40 lbs. You must be able to work in a detail-oriented manner in a fast-paced retail bakery environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with both customers and coworkers.
